About the job
To work as a member of a residential team to create a safe and caring environment which meets the individual and group needs of the young people who live in our client's homes. The job is based in Ireland
Requirements
Level 7 qualification or above in Social Care or a relevant discipline such as: Social work, Psychology, Child & Adult Psychotherapy, Social Sciences, Youth & Community, Teaching and Nursing
Ability to work with, care for and supervise young persons
Flexible – willing and able to adapt to changing circumstances, shift patterns and expectations
Full clean driving license
